Hi! I’m Marisa Christensen a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), ACE Certified Personal Trainer, twenty four year old wife and mom, and a girl with mad love for life. The main purpose in starting this blog is to provide nutrition and fitness services, share my tips and tricks for a healthy lifestyle, show how travel can be affordable, spread a little happiness, and inspire others through the small simplicities in my life. inspired by marisa includes my passion for nutrition, fitness, travels, recipes, and small bits of life I find noteworthy.  

My goal is to give people the tools they need in order to build healthy habits and to ultimately live a balanced lifestyle. Creating a positive environment around food, learning to think about ingredients and where they come from, being mindful of what your body needs, and feeling confident and motivated on how to stay physically active are just a few of the topics I hope to encourage through my page. My blog is meant to inspire you to stop looking at food and exercise through a lens of fear and instead look at them through a lens of hope and joy.
